Etzler Country Hams are genuine Virginia country-cured hams, made from a recipe that has been in our family for many years. Started by John L. Etzler, III, Etzler Country Hams have been a staple on many tables for years. John, III, passed on the tradition to his sons, John, IV and George. The farm is currently owned and operated by John, V (Jay) and his son, John, VI.

Etzler Country Hams are cured with a sugar/salt mixture using a recipe from our family's heritage.

Etzler Country Bacon has a unique flavor that compliments many side dishes such as green beans, yellow-eyed beans, pintos, and tastes great with gravy and biscuits!
